Email received 27th April 2011 regarding 2 man collection of a solid oak desk from Glasgow to Plymouth. Delivery made within 30 mins of instruction.

Hi Joanne,

We are all very impressed! Your two men turned up within half an hour and hauled the unwieldy desk down the drive to their van without complaint.

I just wanted to say, firstly, thank you! and, secondly, that my parents have retained the drawers. We don't have the keys for them and they didn't quite have enough time to tie them to the desk. They also thought that the desk was heavy enough as is (removing the drawers significantly lightened it). They shall bring down the drawers when they see me next (which I now hope will be soon!).
