Daren Wilson, MD of Wilsons Flooring Direct, was recommended to Avanti and contacted us having tried a number of couriers who were unable to deal with the size and handling requirements of delivering carpets, rugs, vinyl and laminate flooring. A particular issue for carpets is the roll length of up to 5m and the need for careful handling so as not to damage the goods in transit. Daren wanted a delivery partner that would not jeopardise the excellent reputation for quality that he had established over the past five years. After initial "on probation" deliveries Daren declared that he was happy with Avanti and the partnership moved into full swing.

Hotprice.co.uk, premier supplier of fireplaces, appoints Avanti Express as delivery partner

Hotprice.co.uk director, Sarah Lyons, found Avanti by searching on google and contacted our Alex Reyner. We quickly responded with price information and then following a meeting at Hotprice.co.uk's offices we were given a chance to prove ourselves. Unfortunately Hotprice.co.uk have had a poor experience with a recent delivery partner and the pressure was on for us to prove our worth. Hotprice.co.uk sells high quality pieces to demanding customers and therefore every item needs to be handled with care and fixed in place securely when in transit. As customers have the right to reject items that are damaged on arrival it is vital that the driver knows how the handle the bulk and weight of the fireplace.

Although still only a few weeks into the partnership Avanti are delivering multiple fireplaces every week and all deliveries have been to time with no damages.
