Flooring Direct: Buying your flooring online will save you money when

Direct, was recommended to Avanti and contacted us having tried a
number of couriers who were unable to deal with the size and handling
requirements of delivering carpets, rugs, vinyl and laminate flooring.
A particular issue for carpets is the roll length of up to 5m and the
need for careful handling so as not to damage the goods in transit.
Daren wanted a delivery partner that would not jeopardise the excellent
reputation for quality that he had established over the past five
years. After initial "on probation" deliveries Daren declared that he
was happy with Avanti and the partnership moved into full swing.
Delivery is a key part of the customer experience for Wilsons Flooring
Direct and Avanti ensure that it all goes smoothly. With Avanti there
is no need for customers to wait in all day for their delivery. Times
are notified to the end customer and in some circumstances delivery has
to be coordinated with the arrival of carpet fitters.

customers to their clear and easy to use website to request samples and
place orders for carpets, rugs, vinyl or laminate flooring. After the
order has been processed and the delivery confirmed an order despatch
email is sent to Avanti. Avanti then arrive at the despatch facility at
a pre-agreed time and take receipt of the order. Once the carpet, or
flooring, has been delivered Avanti immediately sends a delivery
confirmation email back to Wilsons Flooring Direct so that they are in
a position to answer any customer queries regarding the delivery.
