Lambing season in Conway & DebighshireAn
Avanti driver has
been complimented on his driving in Conway & Denbighshire North
Wales by
a client who owns a farm. As it is lambing season all the new
lambs were in the field surrounding the farm and our driver had to
access the farm through this field.
 He drove
with such care and
attention through the flock on his way up to the farm and back down
again that Mrs Jones, the farmer, said that the driver could take home
one of the lambs if he wanted one!!! It wasn't recorded whether the
offer was for a live lamb or one for Sunday lunch.

Putting the care back in healthcareOne
of Avanti's drivers
was making his normal rounds to a lady who is very
disabled, has a hearing aid was very confused about her new
medical products. Her prescription had been changed and she wasn't sure
what had been sent for her. She lives in a small cottage that is quite
isolated so there are no neighbours to rely on.
Instead
of just
delivering the parcels and walking away our driver settled the lady
down, told her not to worry and then phoned
the Healthcare company. He relayed the details they gave him
to the customer and wrote down on piece of paper the new medication
that she would be receiving each week. Needless to say the lady was
extremely grateful.
