As one example of our rural credentials Avanti are proud to be indirectly serving NHS trusts with a reliable, high quality residential courier service across rural Wales. The scope of work involves home deliveries of healthcare/medical products to old age pensioners on a pre-agreed delivery cycle, 80% of which are remote farms and villages. Deliveries to rural areas are quite different to our urban business and a deep geographical knowledge supported by satellite navigation is critical.

"I have worked for Synergy Health Home Delivery over the past 3 years and we use Avanti as our home delivery drivers. We deliver products to the elderly and disabled people in the community. Avanti has always offered a excellent service that always goes the extra mile. They help the elderly people who cannot carry the  parcel upstairs themselves, often going out of their way to please. Reports back from our clients are always excellent and the drivers are always cheerful and helpful. So much so that the clients not only rely on their service but consider them friends.

During heavy snow and arctic conditions the drivers have set off in the early hours of the morning to ensure ALL deliveries are made. They have braved the weather and even tracked through the snow on foot carrying boxes to clients homes. The manager Alex and Julie are so helpful, friendly  and polite. They often contact us to ensure that the home delivery service runs not only professionally but with great care. The service is second to none and outstanding.
